I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! :)
Our first Thanksgiving here in AZ was perfect! We were so blessed to have both of our families make the drive out to visit with us and stuff our faces. We also had some friends of ours join us, too. I cooked my very first Thanksgiving meal and am very happy to say that I didn't burn a thing in the kitchen and the turkey was super fab ;)
Our weekend was filled with two hiking trips (one in the freezing cold up in the mountains and one in the Arizona sunshine) to burn off all of that food... lounging around the house and watching Jeff Dunham's comedian shows... eating leftovers... taking walks around the lake... having convos... playing with Hartley... and just enjoying one another.
Yesterday, my parents made the drive back home to San Diego and I sneaked in their car to join them. I'll be here for the next week and am so excited to catch up on time with them since the last time we were out here we only got a few hours together!
