I feel really blessed. During this season of transition and new beginnings, I could have very easily been alone (with the exception of Joshua, of course) all the time through this process.
Thanks to social media, I met some really great girls before I moved out-of-state. They now live up the street, and down the street, and down on the corner. I've never had friendships where everyone lived close.
Now I'm not saying that these people have by any means replaced those back home... they have simply added to my friendship bucket and have helped add some laughs to this otherwise transitional season. And I'm thankful to have them. And to grow with them. And for company during those last minute trips to Target at 10 PM.
