Have You Seen The Shop... Rustik Chic?!

Have you seen the wonderful shop Rustik Chic!? A little bit about Krista's shop... "Each upcycled vintage Rustik Chic cuff is handmade and adorned with handpicked vintage items including buttons, brooches, ribbon, and lace to give you a truly unique piece of vintage charm." Beautiful, right?!

Krista has been my most faithful sponsor since I started blogging. I love her, her heart, and her shop!! Plus, she's fabulous to work with! She sent me one of her pieces a few months ago, and I get compliments on it everywhere I go. Here's a pic of me wearing it (far left) :) Thanks, Krista, for being here today!!

What is your favorite aspect of blogging?

Self expression!...oh and being inspired by new friends!...and the free use of my run on sentences.;)

What is/are your favorite blog(s) of the moment?

Too many to name...but I am so enjoying blogs that encourage me to be brave, and be myself.  Like this blog! (AWW!)

Please tell us about your shop!

My shop is an eclectic mix of vintage belts, buttons, jewelry, ribbon, and lace, upcycled into one of kind cuffs and accessories. Each piece is handmade and adorned with handpicked vintage items to create you a truly unique piece of vintage charm.  I love combining the rustic, old, worn vintage leather with the chic, feminine vintage pretties...I LOVE the contrast and I hope you all do too!  I imagine each vintage item has a story to tell...

What inspires you?

Ooh...I could talk about what inspires me all day! For starters, I have always been inspired by what I see around me...looking at things in a different way and imagining how I would tweak things to bring out the hidden beauty. I am inspired by possibilities.  Also, my baby girls for sure...they inspire me to be my best self, and do better everyday. Oh, and my Husband...for way too many reasons to share today.     "I want to work on taking better care of me so I can then better help others...also, letting go of fears and fully embracing my ""ness"".

What are some of your personal and/or blogging goals?

As far as blogging goes I would love to express myself on a more personal level.  I have a little blog {www.thegatheringplacedesign.blogspot.com} where I share ways to make your house a home.  I love having that creative outlet, but I feel inspired to blog on more of a personal level...part of letting go of that fear and putting myself out there.  Sharing me.  I have grown so much over the last year and I feel like I am finally coming into my own.

Be sure to check Krista out! :) Have a wonderful weekend!!! xo
