If you're nursing and are looking to boost your milk supply, these amazing cookies are just for you. Quite frankly, if you are just looking for an awesome cookie recipe, these are amazing whether you are nursing or not. I can't.stop.eating.them. You can modify the recipe however you want, of course, but make sure you keep the Brewer's Yeast and the flax seed meal as those are the components that help increase your milk. I've noticed a difference for sure! I will tell you that I found my father-in-law, dad, and puppy sneaking in a cookie or two while in my home ;) They are so easy to make and so tasty. Thank you to my wonderful friend, Heidi, for sharing this recipe with me! Enjoy.
