I can't believe it. Sounds so cliche`. But it's true. Can I please get a "pause" button.
I have not been very good lately about documenting Eden's milestones. The last couple of months since moving have been one big blur! I feel like we are finally starting to slow down...
At 14 months, almost 15, Eden is:
- signing "more" "all done" and some more of the basic signs. She appears to think that "more" means "give me" and so whenever she sees something she wants, she signs "more." Funny girl.
- wore her hair in her 1st ponytail yesterday!
- eats almost everything. Usually she has to try it a few times and that usually is concluded by stuffing it into her mouth and then spitting it out. She likes to take huge bites.
- is definitely a music baby. Must have been all the music I played and listened to while she was in my belly :) As soon as she hears music, she will literally stop what she is doing and will do a cute little wobble/dance.
- is walking everywhere! She also has to help push the cart at Costco or the grocery store.
- had her first tantrum the other day at the grocery store. I have no idea what happened but something set her off and she didn't stop crying for about 5 minutes. It just so happened to be senior-citizen day at the grocery store, so yeah, I got a lot of rude, grumpy looks from those old folks. Ha!
- loves walking around the house construction zone. Fortunately there aren't any nails or sharp objects sticking up, but she is obsessed with walking around the piles of wood and debris.
- is all tomboy... loves sliding down hills, playing in the dirt/rocks, getting dirty, getting splashed with water, etc.
- is happiest outside. What kid isn't?!
- just had 2 bottom molars pop through & has 2 top ones coming through.
- has started holding our hand on walks. Ahhhhhh! The cutest.
- has become a cuddle bug. Now she will lay her head on our chest when she's tired or has the occasional nap when she wakes up (from what we are assuming is either a bad dream or a limb that has fallen asleep) and will go immediately back to sleep if she is cuddling on our chest. Fortunately she will go back into the crib comfortably and stay asleep.

- is still a great sleeper, averaging about 12-13 hours a night and still takes an afternoon nap (2-3 hours). She has recently regressed into still needing a morning cat nap a few times a week, however.
- takes a while to warm up in big groups but if she is comfortable and has a full tummy she will usually jump right in to playing well with others.
- has become really clingy on Sundays at church and has had difficulty being left in the church nursery. She'll usually cry for a few minutes and then will be okay until we come to get her at the end of service.

- is quite a Daddy's girl. Very adorable to observe :)
- is feisty, independent, sassy, curious, adventurous, fearless and not prissy.
- is the absolute best gift we've ever been given. She's such a joy! We are so in love...
Happy almost 15 months, baby girl! You are so loved. xo
