1. My mom wanted to named me "Heather" because she grew up in Scotland and spent her days roaming in fields of heather.
2. My fingers touched piano keys for the first time when I was 6 years old... it was instant love. I have played ever since.
3. I lived all 26 years of my life in San Diego, CA, and recently relocated to the Tucson, AZ, suburbs for my hubby's job. It's been a really fun, new adventure to live somewhere different... but I do get homesick very often!

4. I have broken my left arm 4 times. Weak bones run in my family... you should hear my brother's record.
5. I need a glass of Diet Coke with lots of ice (and preferably a lime) at least twice a day.
6. My husband is an increddddiblllle photographer. I am going to be using his mad skills in the near future for my blog :)
7. I went to a Christian pre-school and met Jesus there! At 4 years old :) My parents were unbelievers and came to know God shortly after... at a Harvest Crusade in San Diego.
8. I met my husband at the movie "The Passion of the Christ." We were sitting next to one another in the movie theater. That night, I knew I had met the man I would one day marry :)
9. I love Cabo, Cozumel, Puerto Vallarta... ahh. Now I'm craving Mexican food. (And yes, we are having Domino's for dinner... in Mexico, in the above picture)
10. Before I moved out of state, I spent the last 3 years working in E-Commerce for a chain of hotels in Cancun, Cabo San Lucas, Loreto, and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The job was very stressful and I'm glad I'm not there anymore... but I did get a few all-inclusive work trips out of it ;) ;)
11. My parents always acted like they were still on their honeymoon... they are the best!
12. I went to a public kindergarten school, private school for grades 1-4, and was home-schooled from grades 5-12. Home school was the most amazing thing ever and I would 100% recommend it.
13. Like most people, I can count my true friends on one hand.
14. I have been blessed to do a lot of traveling in my life and it is my most favorite way to spend money... Over clothes, makeup, etc.
15. Before we moved to Arizona, we lived with my in-laws for a year....
16. I have eaten 6 steaks in one sitting before. I was working out a lot :)
17. My hubby and I have really random late night candy cravings where we drive to Wal-Mart in our PJ's and raid the $1 candy rack.
18. I used to want twelve kids. Now I want four. And hopefully I have 2 sets of twins so I only have to do the pregnancy thing twice.
19. On August 26, 2008, Joshua and I were planning to move to Oahu. We bought one-way tickets and everything. Too bad it didn't work out... God had other plans!
20. I get thrift-store cravings. Really bad- like chocolate cravings. But at least I can't do that much damage. To my wallet or my butt!
21. I had always had a feeling 2006 was going to be an eventful year. It ended up being the best year of my life- I turned 21, got engaged & got hitched!
22. I almost kidnapped a 3 year old in Rosarito, Mexico, (well not really) after we did a house-building trip with my husband's previous company... she was too cute! And boy, did that trip have a significant impact on my life....
23. I am afraid to get old. Botox will be my friend. Used in moderation, of course. I don't feel bad admitting it! :)
24. The number 19 is significant in my life: my birthday (3/19), my dating anniversary (8/19) & my wedding anniversary (11/19). My hubby got the call for his new job on 10/19 and now we live off the 19 Freeway...

25. Our puppy, Hartley, was the best purchase my hubby and I have ever done in our almost 5-years of marriage... Every day I wake up with him stretched out and cuddly... it's the best way to start my day.
26. The older I get, the more I like beer.
